Exercise classes run in blocks of six to eight, but you are very welcome to join at any point during the term.

There will be no classes the week commencing 27 July with classes resuming on 3 August and there will be a different system and shedule throughout the summer as many people are away.
Classes will be on:
Sunday 8.00 (3,10,17,31 August)
Monday 9.15 (4,11,18 August, 1 September)
Wednesday 8.00 and 6.30 (6,13,20,27 August, 3 September)
Friday 8.00 (8,15,22,29 August, 5 September)
The new autumn block will commence on Sunday 7 September with all classes running.
The summer system is slightly different in that instead of block booking a day for the whole summer if people let me know the number of classes they wish to do in advance, the cost will be £6 per session. If you could let me know the days and sessions that would be great.
Drop in is also available for those who want an extra class or don't want to commit to a whole block. Drop in cost is £8. Please let me know in advance though as some classes are more busy than others.

The cost for classes if block booked in advance on a half-termly basis is £6 per class. The block is normally 6 to 8 weeks. If you just want to drop in for exercise classes it is £8 (please note, there will only be space for a maximum of ten people per class so pre-booking is advisable).
Remember, if you block book an exercise class for a specific day and time and can't do a class, if you provide reasonable notice, you can transfer to another exercise class within the term if there are spaces.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE FOR ALL NEWCOMERS! Do come and try. No commitment thereafter if you decide it's not for you.
