If you are looking to improve your general fitness, or have a specific weight loss goal in mind, there is nothing better than exercising outdoors.

At Lewes Outdoor Fitness I offer exercise classes for beginners through to seasoned athletes – in a boot camp with a difference.

Lewes and the surrounding area is an amazing natural outdoor gym.  We are very privileged to have it on our doorstep and I use as much of it as possible in exercise classes.

Sometimes we travel. Sometimes we stay in the same place.  One thing you can be sure of is that all workouts are different and change depending on the time of year and the weather.

I am also a qualified personal trainer so if you have a special requirement, or do not feel that exercising with a group will work for you, then please do get in touch and we can discuss your personal needs.
